No matter the device you're on, Apple funnels all refund requests through a central website. From the App Store on iPhone or iPad, tap the Apps section and select Request a Refund at the bottom of the page. If you're on a Mac, scroll to the bottom of the App Store desktop app and click the Report a Problem link. You can also request a refund from the app's page on the App Store. Click the Report a Problem link and you're able to request a refund for the app.

It doesn't matter the type of Apple Device you are using, Apple makes it super easy to request a refund—everything funnels through a central website .If you’re using iPhone or iPad, simply open the App Store, head to the Apps section, and Scroll Down to tap request and refund at the bottom. On a Mac? No problem! Just open the App Store app, scroll to the bottom, and click the Report a Problem link. You can even request a refund directly from the app’s page by clicking Report a Problem there. With just a few taps or clicks, you can get your refund request in motion!
Basically you need to sign in with the Apple ID that you have used to make the purchase. Once you have Successfully signed in, the page will show all the purchase history that you have made in the device using the ID. Tap the What can we help you with ? text box at the top and select Request a refund to get started .When you Select this option ,a new Box will appear that asks the reason for the request .This are the Option that are provided

The refund process is initiated based on the reason you have selected ,if you have selected a subscription as the problem ,you will see all your paid subscriptions. select the app or the service you want to cancel the subscription
Apple may also warn you that you may lose the access to the app to the services provided by the app. You will see more information relevant to your issue. For example, a link for how to enable parental controls will be shown if you select that a child made a purchase without permission. Click on the Submit when you’re ready to submit your request for a refund Once you submit the request to Apple, it may take up to 48 hours to know if your request has been granted.
